A Review on Jon Benson’s Every Other Day Diet

The Every Other Day diet was authored by Jon Benson and Janis Hauser. Also known as the EODD, this proved to be one of the more surprising and very effective diet programs that could be found online today.

You need to cycle the calories by first not restricting its intake and then restricting it. At the same time you gradually decrease the number of calories that you eat to help you reduce your weight.
